LeRoy Smith

LeRoy Smith, 92, of Potomac, MD, on Saturday, August 13, 2016.  

LeRoy was a veteran of the US Navy and worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency until his retirement.  He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Eleanor (nee Bende), and nieces and nephews.  

LeRoy was born and raised in Williamstown. He is the son of the late Estella and Ralph Smith and is predeceased by sisters Ada (Moser) and Mildred (Henry) and brothers Ralph, Harry and Charles.

LeRoy will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for always being a true gentleman, with a kind and loving spirit.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Parish / St. Mary's Church, Main St. & Carroll Ave., Williamstown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated  10:00 AM.  Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown.
