Diane Klepadlo (Goose), 60, of Sicklerville died suddenly in her home on March 2, 2019. She was born July 28, 1958 and was raised in Nanticoke, PA.
She later moved to Brigantine NJ where she ran a successful cleaning business (Dyna-Clean) in the 1980-1990’s. She had many health issues and survived a double brain aneurysm surgery in the early 2000’s and a few years later was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. She received excellent care from Temple (Dr. Paul Forfia & Fran Rogers CRNP) which successfully extended her life for years. Despite her chronic illness; she had an incredible sense of humor and loved to laugh. She loved junk food and always had room for dessert. She enjoyed being Grandma Goose and never missed giving gifts and cards on all holidays and birthdays.
She is survived by her children Kevin Klepadlo (Jaci), Karen Lucas (Jason), and Thomas Klepadlo. She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren Chayce, Brielle, Kaitlyn, Kylie and was excited to meet her 5th grandchild who is expected to be born later this month (Karlie). She is also survived by her mother Joan Davis; siblings Gerald Davis, Susan Davis, and Kenneth Davis, predeceased by her father Alex Davis Jr., brothers Daniel Davis and Alex Davis III.
