Kenneth Bachman Obituary

Kenneth Bachman, age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, surrounded by his family.

Ken was born on May 2, 1941, in Blackwood, NJ.  He proudly went on to serve his Country in the US Army.  Ken joins his oldest son Kenny, his Brother Buddy, and his parents Harriet Elizabeth & John Henry, in heaven.

Ken is survived by his loving wife Theresa and their three sons Joey, Keith, and Kevin; his sister, Jane; his niece, Nancy; as well as seven grandchildren.

A “Jack-of-all-Trades,” Ken started his career at Monarch Boiler in Blackwood, NJ as a Boilermaker before eventually flourishing as the Superintendent Of Buildings and Grounds for the Camden County Vocational Schools.  Loved and revered by faculty and students alike, he was known for his eagerness to help others and his ability to make everyone smile.

He loved refurbishing anything from homes to boats to automobiles.  But most of all, Ken was a Family man devoted to his Best Friend/Wife and their sons for well over 40 years.  Ken and Theresa loved day trips to the Jersey Shore or spending time driving the Coastal Highway (A1A) of South Florida.

A Friends/Family Gathering in Ken’s Honor will be held on Sunday, November 25 from 1pm until 4pm at Carlucci’s Waterfront, 876 Centerton Rd, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054.
