Ada Mae Hollingsworth

Ada Mae Hollingsworth (nee Wade), 67, of Williamstown, passed away peacefully in her daughter’s arms surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 28, 2023, after a courageous 7-year battle against brain cancer. She was a “True Warrior.” 

Ada Mae was the proud owner and office manager of Continental Drywall from 1991-2018.  She was an avid member of the Piney Hollow Methodist Church.  She was a kind and gentle soul with a special love for animals who loved everything Christmas, Disney and time spent with her family and beautiful granddaughters. 

Beloved wife of Jackie L. Hollingsworth for 48 years.  Devoted mother and best friend of Julie (Joseph) Rodriguez.  Adoring grandmother of Briar Rose and Aurora.  Predeceased by her loving parents John and Edith Wade. Loving friend to many. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday, October 3rd from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 South Main St., Williamstown.  Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment Piney Hollow Cemetery, Newfield. 

The family requests that guests wear a hint of grey to honor Ada Mae and her fight against brain cancer.
