Betty Jo Schallus

Betty Jo Schallus (nee Barnett), 91, of Woodbury Heights, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Friday, July 14, 2023, with her loving family by her side.

Betty enjoyed music, dancing and enjoying life.  She was a true lady, who had a love for pocketbooks and high heels.  Most of all, she enjoyed the time spent with her beloved family.

Beloved wife of the late Angelo Schallus.  Devoted mother of Menina (William) Imperatore and the late Weston Thomas Schallus.  Dear sister of Robert Barnett, Michael Barnett, late Raymond Barnett, late Grace McAllister and late Thomas Barnett.  Loving grandmother of Nina (Bob) Mcelwain, William (Christus) Imperatore, Thomas Schallus, Michele (Josh) Paxton, Angela (Jay) Reid, Sheena (Jerry) DeFrance and Anthony (Gina) Schallus.  Loving great-grandmother of 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her "adopted son" Charles Wilson.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, July 22nd from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 South Main St., Williamstown.  Funeral Services will Follow at 11:00 AM.  Interment Arlington Park Cemetery, Pennsauken, NJ.
