Clara M. Brown

Clara M. Brown (nee Hill) ,67, of Franklinville, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at her home.

Beloved wife of 48 years to the late John Brown. Devoted mother of Kevin (Angel) Brown and Beverly Brown. Dear sister to Frank Rossetti and the late Emmitt Hill. Loving grandmother of Alexus, Haley, Hannah and Luke. Also surviving are her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. And of course, her furry grandchildren. 

Clara (AKA) Mom Mom, Aunt Clair, Weenie, Momma Dukes will always be remembered as the most kindhearted, compassionate, selfless, loving person. Her love and devotion to her grandchildren is unmatched. Always enjoyed making sure everyone’s bellies were full and would welcome anyone into her kitchen for a meal. She was a die-hard Philly sports fan dating back to her early childhood days when she would write letters to her favorite Phillie Larry Bowa. Her tough as nails attitude and stubbornness allowed her to beat cancer and give us a few extra years to enjoy her. She is now in Heaven to spend eternity with her soul mate and catch-up lost time with her best friend uncle Emmitt. We will miss you so much Mom but knowing you and Dad are together again brings peace to our hearts. Love you forever. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, October 18th from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 AM. Cremation private.
