Eunice L. Knopp, 87, of Monroeville, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026.
A devoted wife, faithful friend, and cherished member of her community, Eunice lived a life rooted in love, dedication, and simple joys.
A proud graduate of Woodbury High School, Class of 1956, Eunice carried with her a lifelong appreciation for learning and a love of reading. She found great happiness in the rhythm and fellowship of square dancing, a passion that led her to one of the greatest blessings of her life—meeting her beloved husband, Carl. Together, they shared a beautiful and enduring marriage, built on love, laughter, and companionship.
Eunice and Carl were active members of the Rainbow Squares in Milmay, New Jersey, where they formed lasting friendships and created countless joyful memories on the dance floor. Her warm spirit and welcoming nature made her a treasured part of the group.
A woman of deep faith, Eunice was a dedicated member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Williamstown. Her commitment to her church and her community reflected her kind heart and strong values.
Professionally, Eunice spent most of her life serving as a Superior Court secretary in South Jersey. She approached her work with diligence, integrity, and pride, earning the respect of colleagues and all who knew her.
Eunice will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her love of reading and dancing, and the deep devotion she showed to her husband, her faith, and her community. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, grace, and enduring love.
Beloved wife of Carl Knopp. Devoted mother of Bob (Carol) Crawford and Jim (Carolyn) Crawford. Dear sister of William “Butch” (Carol) Ludwig and Gail (Dennis) Colna. Loving grandmother of Tracy (Mike) DiNovi, Jimmy (Ashley) Crawford, Michele (Kevin) Haley, Jennifer Crawford and Bobby Crawford. Loving great grandmother of Alex, Zachary, Brandon, Gavin, Connor, Lydia and Jolene.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, March 27th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 970 S. Main St., Williamstown, NJ 08094. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
