Frances J. Dougherty (nee Lockrey), 90, of South Philadelphia, Pa., passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Francis Dougherty. Devoted mother of William (Erin) Dougherty and Regina (William) Heinze. Dear sister of the late Dan Lockrey, the late Bill Lockrey, the late Joe Lockrey, the late Alberta Kridlow and the late Julie Hassen. Loving aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.

Loving grandmother of Kerrie (Charles Squitiere), Billy “Moose”, Billy, “Slim” and Brenna (Brian VanWyk). Loving great grandmother of Kailani and Jalen.

Funeral Mass will be held on 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 12th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 2319, South Third St., Philadelphia. Inurnment private.
