George "Ray" Mason

George “Ray” Mason Jr., age 63, passed away peacefully at home on June 3, 2020. He was surrounded by the love and support of his entire family. Ray valiantly fought a long battle with prostate cancer and defying all odds, while never giving up hope.

Ray was born on November 30, 1956 to George and Juliette (DeStefano) Mason of Pitman, New Jersey. He leaves behind his soulmate, Michelle Thomas, daughters Brittany Mason (Jonathan Shulman), Christina Leary (Eric), Danielle Mason and Paige Mason, and brother Sam Mason. Ray had a love for animals and leaves behind Sophie, Tux, Ziggy, and Lulu, but will be met with his many pets that have passed.

Ray’s most cherished days were spent on the beach, boating and spending time with his four “girls.” He was exceptionally happy when he was playing with his two grandsons, Easton and Slater. Recently, Ray found his true partner in life, Michelle, and together shared a connection that provided Ray with unconditional love, strength and hope. Ray’s sense of humor, charisma and larger than life personality will be truly missed.
