Henry (Hank) F. Schneeweiss, Jr., age 83, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on November 5, 2025, at his home after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Born on October 26, 1942, in Vineland, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Henry F. Schneeweiss, Sr. and Marian (Craig) Schneeweiss.
Hank received his bachelor's degree from West Liberty University, West Virginia and master's degree from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). He taught health and physical education for Williamstown and Vineland Public Schools spanning 36 years and also coached football and wrestling. For 30 years, he was a driving instructor and taught MANY to drive.
He enjoyed many hobbies including golfing, bicycling, skiing, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, lifeguarding, visiting Myrtle Beach, and, of course, loved the Eagles and Phillies.
He is survived by his loving wife Lynda (Malady) Schneeweiss of 53 years, his brother Donald Schneeweiss (Firma Kay) and brother-in-law, Tim Malady (Lori) along with many loving nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents, Hank was preceded in death by his sisters Nancy (Schneeweiss) Moran (James) and Barbara Schneeweiss.
Family and friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, November 12th at Our Lady of Peace Parish / St. Mary's R.C. Church, South Main St. & Carroll Ave., Williamstown, NJ, for visitation at 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ. A luncheon will immediately follow.
