Irene I. Viereck

Irene I. Viereck (nee MacMichael), 91, of Marlton, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

Irene enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra’s music, reading and playing board games like Bingo & Scrabble and accusing everyone of cheating when she would lose.  She loved going to the casinos and visiting the beach.  Most of all she loved big family gatherings and dinners with her dear loved ones.

Beloved wife of the late Philip Viereck.  Devoted mother of Patricia Bernheimer, Marianne (Jack) Healy and Noreen (Michael) Cook.  Dear sister of Catherine (late Albert) Esposito, Joan (James) Quinn, Carol (George) Weldon, late George (Margaret) MacMichael, late William (late Dora) McMichael and the late Joseph (Winifred) MacMichael.  Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 1 late grandchild.  Loving great-grandmother of 16 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, June 2nd from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME,420 South Main St., Williamstown.  Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 PM.  Cremation private.
