Jaime Santiago Obituary

Jaime Santiago, 77, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2026, after a battle with lung cancer.


Born on April 14, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York, Jaime was the son of the late Leocadio and Carmen Santiago. He spent many years working for the federal government with the Office of Personnel Management before founding his own management training and consulting business, Instructional Systems. 


Jaime was known for his charisma, humor, optimism, and ability to connect with anyone he met. He embraced life fully and enjoyed scuba diving, fencing, martial arts, salsa dancing, golf, travel, meditation, gardening, backyard barbecues, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. Above all, he was deeply proud of his children and grandchildren.


He is survived by his children, James Santiago (Michelle), Jenny Breunig (Jeffrey), and Joseph Santiago (Kiyana); his grandchildren, Dominic, Arabella, Jasper, and Julian; and his sister, Doris Kelley. He was predeceased by his brother, Lee Santiago.


Family and friends are invited to attend Jaime’s viewing on Thursday, May 21st from 5:00 - 6:00 PM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00 PM. Cremation private.


Jaime believed life should be remembered with laughter, stories, and gratitude for the joy people brought into the world. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him
