James C. Creel, Jr., 77, of Williamstown, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Jim is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jeanne, his son James (Kristen), his daughter, Jeannine (Michael) and his grandchildren Zachary, Olivia, Christopher and Kayley. He is also survived by his dear brother David (Gerry) and many nieces and nephews.
Jim retired from Septa after more than 30 years serving as a machinist and foreman. In his downtime, he was an excellent chef, avid gardener, book enthusiast, hunter and fisherman. His family will miss his big heart, quick wit and humorous sense of sarcasm. Although he was a man of few words, he always reminded his family how much that he loved them. He will be deeply missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, December 23rd from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 South Main St., Williamstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 PM at Our Lady of Peace Parish, 32 Carroll Ave., Williamstown. Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Franklin Twp.
