John A. Brown, 69, of Franklinville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
Beloved husband of Clara (nee Hill) for 48 years. Devoted father of Kevin (Angel) Brown and Beverly Brown. Dear brother of Everett Brown Jr., Mark (Nancy) Brown, Paul (Angie) Brown, the late Ruth (Steve) Lochner, Frank Rossetti and the late Emmitt Hill. Loving grandfather of Alexus, Haley, Hannah and Luke. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. And of course, his furry grandchildren.
John (AKA) Andy was a lifelong machinist with Sony corporation and Excel Hydraulics. Avid lover of all things Ford. He enjoyed camping and tinkering with small engines and anything that anyone needed fixed. Most know him as “Handy Andy”. He was ever the wise guy and loved to tease his family and close friends. He touched all of our hearts. To know him was to love him. We will miss you.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, February 15th from 9:30 – 11:30 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Funeral Services will follow at 11:30 AM. Cremation private.
