Joseph F. Barnett, Jr., 81, of Franklin Twp., formerly of Gloucester City, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023.

Joseph was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.  Prior to retiring, Joe worked at the Philadelphia Naval Yard for many years.  He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Joan Barnett. Devoted father of Joseph (Annette) Barnett, III and Susan (Michael) Moffa. Loving son of the late Florence and late David Meehan.  Dear brother of Margaret Meehan, Michael (Renee) Meehan, the late Martha Esher (late John) and late Kevin (Patricia) Meehan. Loving grandfather of Matthew, Jackson and Dylan.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, January 13th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church / Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, 104 Catawba Ave., Newfield.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM.  Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Franklin Twp.
