Joseph Puglia, III

Joseph Puglia III, 64, of Williamstown, formerly of Clayton and Franklinville, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at his home.

Joseph was a skilled carpenter for over 40 years. His proudest years were coaching youth sports. He was a Midget Football Coach for the Williamstown Warriors and Clayton Clippers and he also spent many years coaching Monroe Twp. Little League and Basketball.  Joseph dedicated many years volunteering and giving back to his community. He enjoyed music especially playing his guitar. 

Beloved husband of the late Lillian Benckert. Loving son of Peggy and the late Joseph Puglia Jr. Devoted father of Joseph (Danielle) Puglia IV, Shannon Benckert and Joseph (Ginger) Benckert.  Dear brother of Marlene (Jim) Muhlbauer and Michelle (Sam) Downs. Loving grandfather of Jessica, EJ, Olivia, Logan, Raymond, Abby, Joey and Dominic. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, July 28th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Time of Remembrance will be held at 8:00 PM.
