Joseph A. Spix

Joseph A. Spix, 89, of Williamstown, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at his home.

Beloved husband of the late Marion (nee Ropley). Loving uncle of William (Deborah) Thompson and Edward (late Barbara) Thompson Sr.

Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving as Corporal during the Korean Conflict. Prior to retiring, he served as the Post Master at the Blackwood Post Office.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, April 17th from 8:30 – 9:30 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Mass of Christian will be celebrated 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Parish / St. Mary’s Church, Main St. & Carroll Ave., Williamstown. Military Honors followed by Entombment at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
