Josephine "Jo" Anastasi

Josephine “Jo” Anastasi (nee Tritschler), 75, of Davenport, FL, formerly of Williamstown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Jo was raised in South Philadelphia. She married the love of her life Victor Anastasi and moved to Williamstown, NJ where she was a longtime resident for over 50 years.  She loved going to the Jersey Shore especially to see Lucy the Elephant, in Margate.  She is predeceased by Victor and her second husband Sam Interlante along with her parents George Tritschler Sr and JoMarie (Intelisano) Tritschler and brother-in-law Andrew (Buddy) Julia Sr.

Jo is survived by her son Jeffrey Anastasi, daughter in-law Anita and loving grandson Nico.   She is also survived by her sister George-Ann Julia, brother George Tritschler, Jr. and sister in-law Lori along with her Aunt Rita Intelisano, Aunt Lucy Intelisano, Uncle Philip Intelisano, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Committal Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday July 13th at New St Mary’s Cemetery in Bellmawr NJ.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests a contribution be made in Jo’s memory to an organization that was special to her; The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America @ www.lls.org (in memory of her beloved husband Victor Anastasi).
