Marie A. Verdi (nee Ferraina), 89, of Sewell, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Beloved wife of the late Paul Verdi, Sr. Devoted mother of Kathleen (Joseph) Emeneo, Paul (Maria) Verdi, Jr., Maria (John) Gargano and the late Joann (Thomas) Piermatteo. Dear sister of Salvatore Ferraina, the late Joseph Ferraina, the late Sadie Campbell, the late Pearl Apa, the late Yolonda Scarantino, the late Thomas Scarantino and the late Anthony Ferraina. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 late great grandchild.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, April 4th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Sewell. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:15 AM. Cremation private. Private Committal Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown will be held at a later date.
