Patricia McIlvaine Obituary

Patricia A. McIlvaine (nee Stewart), 75, of Williamstown, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at her home with her loving family at her side.

Pat was born in Camden and raised in Pitman. She married the love of her life, Gordon, and later started their family in Williamstown where they raised their four children. They also took in many foster children over the years. Pat was very involved and active at St. Mary’s Church and School where she was a member of the PTA and enjoyed volunteering at the annual Carnival and Bingo nights. She was a girl scout leader and a 4H leader. She was the best hostess and would always throw the best family BBQ’s and holidays parties. She enjoyed camping with the family at Batsto and Rickets Glen.

In her 40’s, Pat went back to college and earned an Associate’s Degree and graduated as a Medical Lab Technician. She worked at Atlantic City Medical Center well into her 60’s. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren especially the family trips to Disney World. She spent time traveling to countless places with her husband all over the country. In her retirement years, she enjoyed lunching, going to plays and traveling with the “Jersey Girls” and “Barbs Babes”. The most important thing was time spent with friends and family.

Beloved wife of the late Gordon Mcilvaine. Devoted mother of Jeffrey (Phyllis) McIlvaine, Susan Brett, Amy (Brian) Gorski, the late Kathleen Vignola and the late Charles Fithian. Dear sister of Frank (Donna) Stewart, the late Herbert Stewart, the late Lillian Morgan and the late Paul (Jane) Stewart. Loving grandmother of Samantha (Ian) Kitzmiller & Nicholas Brett (Fallon Schomber); Kasey and Kyle Vignola; and Emily & Sean Gorski. Loving step-grandmother of Louis (Gretchen) Pinto, Anthony Accardo, Nina (Anthony) DiPlacido and Laurie (Rocky) Orlando. Loving great grandmother of 5 step grandchildren.
