Paul Garofolo, 66, of Franklinville, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 26, 2022.
Paul was married too his high school sweetheart for 42 years before her passing in 2019.
Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee McGaha). Devoted father of Paul (Stefanie) Garofolo and Jennifer Garofolo (Micheal Fransko). Dear brother of Carmen (Joan) Garofolo, Dominic (the late Catherine) (Mary) Garofolo, Joseph (the late Joyce) Garofolo, Antoinette (Ralph) Brown, the late Rose (John) Fierick and the late Patricia Pike. Loving grandfather of Dominick and Franco.
After graduating from Delsea high school in 1974, Paul went to work for the Corwonski Brothers at Highland Dairy which later changed to Highland Carpet. Paul was a devoted worker there for 50 years. When Paul wasn’t working at Highland, he was installing rugs on the side or working on the family farm. When Paul had free time which was not very often, he enjoyed spending time with his two grandsons. They enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fixing up Paul’s old dirt bike, skiing, hunting and teaching them how to work with their hands. Paul also looked forward to his Friday night dinner with his daughter. Paul made friends no matter where he went. Paul was one of the kindest and hardworking man you would know.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday, March 6th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Bell- Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown and Monday, March 7th from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM at St. Mary’s RC Church,253 Old Dutch Mill Road, Malaga. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM. Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Franklin Twp.
