Paul A. Verdi, Sr.

Paul A. Verdi, Sr., 93, of Turnersville, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021.

Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to retiring, he was an iron worker for the Local 502 for 37 years.

Beloved husband of Marie (nee Ferraina) for 70 years. Devoted father of Joann (Thomas) Piermatteo, Kathleen (Joseph) Emeneo, Paul (Maria) Verdi, Jr. and Maria (John) Gargano. Dear brother of the late Joseph Verdi, the late Matilda Fergone, the late Benjamin Verdi, the late Patrick Verdi, the late Frank Verdi, the late Marie Ferraina and the late Carmen Verdi. Loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, August 27th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Sewell. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM. Interment with Military Honors will follow at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
