Rolf Worthmann

Rolf Worthmann, 91, of Pine Hill, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, March 4, 2021, with his loving family by his side.

Beloved husband of Gisela Worthmann (nee Kreutzberg).  Devoted father of Thomas (Lucy) Worthmann, Christianne (Harvey) Cranage, Peter (Margaret) Worthmann and Ronald (Cindy) Worthmann.  Dear brother of Erika (late Edgar) Weber.  Loving uncle of Sabine, Peter and Karin.  Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren.  Loving great-grandfather to 14 great-grandchildren.  Dear friend to many.

Rolf was born in Germany in 1929 and later immigrated to the U.S.  in 1951. He served his country in the Army Air Corps during the Korean War.  After the military he became a member of UA Local Union 322 Pipefitters and Plumbers where he later retired. Rolf was an avid skeet shooter, a member of Square Circle Sportsmen and Pine Belt Sportsmen.  He enjoyed his travels as a pilot in his own airplane and also spent many hours in his woodworking shop. He enjoyed life and lived his to the fullest.  He will be sadly missed by all whose lives he touched.

Funeral Services will be private at the request of the family.  Cremation private.
