Ronald E. Green Jr. (Ronnie), age 62, passed away on April 24, 2024 from ALS. Ronnie is survived by his husband Joseph Hollish of Orlando, Florida, his parents Ron and Mary Green of Vineland, his siblings Paula Leo (Edward) of Glassboro and Ken Green (Kim) of Vineland, his nephew and nieces Kenny Green (Sarah), Renata Leo (Dan), and Kayla Green (Sam), his grandnieces Colbie and Freya, and many beloved friends and family.
Ronnie grew up in Franklinville, NJ and graduated from Delsea Regional High School in 1980. He played piano, organ, trumpet, and clarinet, and was the music director at the Minotola Methodist Church for many years. He graduated cum laude from Rowan University with a degree in Communications.
Moving to Orlando, Florida in 1989, he took a job in the retail/merchandising department of the not-yet-opened Universal Orlando Resort and eventually became General Manager of Merchandising. Ron leaves behind many friends and colleagues at Universal that he liked and respected.
Ronnie enjoyed traveling to Montreal, Canada several times a year and spending time with his husband and his beloved cats.
