Rose F. Williams, 93, of Williamstown, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

Beloved wife of the late Harry Phelps, Sr. and the late James Williams. Devoted mother of Harry (Jeanette) Phelps Jr. and Lina (Michael) Phelps. Loving grandmother of Jennifer "Critter" and Heather.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Service 12:00 PM Friday, October 7th at the Gloucester Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
