Rumiko Foote

Rumiko Foote (nee Sugihara), 87, of Williamstown, formerly of Runnemede, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

Rumiko owned her own bridal shop in Cortland, NY for many years. She was a former member of the Red Hat Club and a 25-year member of the Moose Lodge in Cortland, NY. She enjoyed tennis and painting.

Beloved wife of the late Rowland “Brud” Foote. Devoted mother of Janet Hoppe, June Seamans and Brud (Jennifer) Foote. Loving grandmother of Amberlee, Jacob, Juliana, Jared, Abby, Bella and the late Jamie. Loving companion of Steve Erich.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, January 20th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Inurnment Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken.
