Susan A. Wiley

Susan Wiley (nee Pezzano), of Williamstown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 4, 2024, after battling cancer since June.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Gregg, her adoring sons, Gregg Jr. (Kristine), Kevin (Jesse), Justin (Christa) and Luke and her cherished grandchildren, Julian, Sienna, Bryson, Harper, Madilynn, Briella, Stella and Salena. 

Susan was the type of woman who could make any person feel heard and seen. She had a deep empathy for others and was always the first to offer a willful ear, a tender shoulder or a nonjudgmental presence for anyone in need. She found joy in lifting others up through prayer, advice, guidance and support. She would do anything in her means to help someone she loved. 

Susan was a fervent follower of Jesus Christ and let her actions speak to the power and grace she found in the Lord. She was a devoted and appreciative wife, a wonderful and loving mother, a fun and caring mom mom, a supportive and dedicated sister, a compassionate and thoughtful aunt and a true friend to many. 

As she goes to be with the Lord, let us remember her as a lighthouse guiding us safely through the darkness. Let us remember her as a bright yellow sunflower, reaching toward the heavens for nourishment and encouraging our growth. Rather than mourn her passing, let us celebrate the countless memories she created with us. Let us celebrate the end of her suffering and her ascension into the Kingdom of God.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Sunday, December 8th from 10:00  - 11:30 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. A Time of Remembrance will follow at 111:30 AM. Cremation private.
