William H. Wood

William H. Wood, 80, of Williamstown, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 24, 2022, with his loving family by his side.

Devoted father of William Wood, Tracy Wood, Darrell (Pauly) Wood, Marc (Tracy) Wood and Geanna Harper.  Dear brother of Joyce Wood. Loving grandfather of Gianna, Maurice, William, Kayla, Valerie, Lauren, Jonathon, Marquise, Raymond and the late Marquis.  Loving uncle of Carmella Wood, John Wood, and the late Debra Wood. Predeceased by his former wives Dolores, Ernestine and the late Sheila. 

William was a proud United States Army Veteran.  Prior to retiring, William was a Philadelphia Police Officer and a Lieutenant of the Philadelphia School District.  He enjoyed baseball and playing golf.  

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, December 30th from 9:00 AM – 11: 00 AM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME,420 South Main St., Williamstown. Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Inurnment & Military Honors Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
